I have deleted kodi 3 times, switched and installed 3 different skins, used the suggested fixes and STILL am indefinitely getting this message saying"pvr manager is starting up", but never does.

Just as the header asks. What's new in the 4.0 update?
Before I update, has anything been removed or totally altered?

Just making sure the things I love in the build currently aren't completely changed or removed before updating. Thanks!

I dont know why all of the sudden I cant download Chef wizard at all. I took a video of the error message

"Themovie db helper error" when trying to play anything within the TV guide. Any ideas on what this is? Fixes? 1 in 50 channels works, so basically nothing is playing.

The install TV guide doesn't seem to fix refresh all the "unkown no information". Looks like one of the main tv providers Is down. I think the TV app. That's nothing build related though

Will the quick fix option for TV guide from Febuary work for restoring guide menu. Large portion of channels say no information. Not sure why it does this randomly and shows no information.
