no idea thankfully I back up kodi often. and can just copy paste the files over to install it then enable. just about
all menus give an error . In movies only Classic british movies, Harry potter, Horror, romance, Thriller still works . some of the real debrid menus are still working .

You need to install the TV Guide by clicking on the yellow highlighted ( install tv guide ) as shown in your photo.

on my windows PC the repository is empty and on my shields it installs and works fine

Tubi is not working in AIO , but worries i found a fix install a kodi fork then installation of Xenon Free Tubi its still working in it. I was able to copy over the user data file from the free build to the Diggs AIO 3.1 . Then check installed depenences for any missing ones and Tubi is working agai...

is it a 2019 Shield Pro or older. it could be a failing drive
do you have any thumb drives being used as shared internal storage? if so replace with an SSD the thumb drives overheat.
