When picking something to watch it'll say working at the bottom of the screen & then turn black with what's on & what's next at the bottom then switch back to the guide. What could be the problem? How to fix it?

You have to go into the settings of ivue then click on source tab at the top and in the download settings section I changed my "file download interval" to every startup.
