Why are you installing it from USB? Just go to https://kodi.tv/download/android/ and download it there.

Youtube settings, Age gate should already be off, but its possible you might have to be logged in to your account for some restricted videos.

Yea, because you have to use the Omega wizard on Kodi 21 only.

FenFlix uses FEN only. You can install it from Diggz repo/Look and feel/skins.
