Im running 4k version v1.1 on a ONN media box and using T mobile for wifi when the channels on the TV section its says Loop error and it says Error loading stream is there a fix for this

Bro Chef im using ONN4k box with the new xenon 4k build on the tv guide the upper icons and both PVR's show playback failed when u open up a channel to watch is there a fix for this matter ? ??

Mr. Chef the PVR's arent working again is there a easy fix on this matter ? ??

As of today 8/20 PVR's are workin fine
