PVR TV guide not working.

PVR TV guide not working.
I have deleted kodi 3 times, switched and installed 3 different skins, used the suggested fixes and STILL am indefinitely getting this message saying"pvr manager is starting up", but never does.

open The Loop scroll down to Set up EPG ( pvr Simple required ) run it select yes to update and then yes again

have the same issue, but when I wet to reinstall Diggz....Xenon Free was no longer list in the Build...

My guess would be because EPG is not enabled. Click the setup tv guide button.
