Yo im new to the forum, sorry if i'm not doing everything kosher on my first post.
Im running arcticflix on AIO. I love how streamlined the AIO setup is.
I noticed i still needed to go into addons and update them, so thats been done.
My issue is as follows, for a popular show, jujutsu kaisen, all the episodes past about halfway show results but the player doesnt load any of them and i dont really get any fault message describing why that may be the case.
I get the impression the problem in some way lies with real debrid but im not sure how to solve it so here i am.
What could be the cause and what can be done to resolve this?
sorry for not using a screen capture device and recording on my phone.
edit: ive changed to arcticflix recently because ive been having this same issue on every build I use. Changing build doesnt seem to solve anything

Re: sources identified but none loading?
Go too the Anime section and install an Anime addon like WatchNixtoons, that will work better.Sneedler wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2024 5:36 am Yo im new to the forum, sorry if i'm not doing everything kosher on my first post.

Re: sources identified but none loading?
I found the issue.
im being presented with ~50 episodes of 1 season when it should be 25 or so episodes across 2 seasons. all of the results get skipped because there is no season 1 episode 25+, which is why about half the episodes aren't working. I imagine this would mean any other show with multiple seasons which haven't had that info loaded in correctly will probably also have this same fault.
by rescraping with a custom query, im able to find the episode. If i custom search s1 e30 as what it really is, s2 e6, i wont have any issues finding a bunch of high quality sources.
i tried to go tvdb helper and then refresh details for jjk s1, but that didn't resolve the problem. I see on tvdb itself, it shows there are 2 seasons.
https://www.thetvdb.com/series/jujutsu-kaisen#seasons
is there any way to sort this out so fen, umbrella, seren etc all realize theres more than 1 season?

Re: sources identified but none loading?
So the issue is, these addons use TMDB to pull the metadata, not TVDB. So the issue is TMDB: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/95479/seasonsSneedler wrote: ↑Wed Nov 13, 2024 4:09 am I found the issue.

Probably because Netflix took the show and changed the season orders: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/95479/discuss/64a5672ada10f0011cb49f99
Like I said, Anime addons like Watchnixtoons lists the seasons correctly.

Re: sources identified but none loading?
Ok, i will contact TMDB and let them know their db has an error. if they sort that out then everything should work perfectly afterwards.
i dont really wanna use nixtoons because its lower quality and less options available within the player

Re: sources identified but none loading?
Read the comments in the second link I posted. Thats exactly what everybody else is asking them to do, but they wont.

Re: sources identified but none loading?
yeah this is quite unbelievable. ive made an account and commented on that thread.
the website they refer to for their decision, in order to access it they must press a button which says 'season 2'.. yet they dont believe its season 2. quite absurd and leads to our wonderful player to not scan for episodes without us using the furtunately built in custom search feature

Go to the Anime section and install Otaku addon. It will accept Debrid logins and has season 2 listed.Sneedler wrote: ↑Sat Nov 16, 2024 6:05 amyeah this is quite unbelievable. ive made an account and commented on that thread.
