Weather widgets will not show

My weather widgets will not load. I click the weather button above xenon plus 4k, still nothing. Go to view weather and it's also not loading. Only shows 32° and a cloud with a slash through it. I changed the "service for weather information" and it still doesn't work. At a loss

You guys give no info, where are you getting stuck? Did you enter your location?? What location are you trying to use??
