Quickly replace old repo URL, and install new repo and Chef Wizard

Just FYI, nobody needs to do anything. No need to update wizard or repo, everything's the same. The wizard auto updates. Im just saying everybody should use the tinyurl instead of diggz1.me to install the repo on a fresh install, thats all..
