I lost The Crew when I upgraded to 1.3, is there a way to get it back, it won't allow me to add

Same here. No Crew
The only place it is shown is in the setup for Trakt. When you try to install from there nothing happens.

Use this in File Manager:
https://team-crew.github.io/
Then use Addons > Install from zip file to install The Crew repo.

I am on the AIO Setup Wizard screen. When trying to click any Layout Style skins to install, nothing happens. All of them are like that (Diggz 1, Diggz 2, Diggz Free). It is not giving the option prompt to download the skin. Is the server down?

I messaged Diggz about this error, patience.
I think I solved my own issue. I didn't realize I was on Kodi v20.0 and there was a new version 20.1 available. I updated to 20.1 and now it works smoothly. Thanks for responding so quickly!
