Download of media fail

After I updated from AIO 1.2 to 1.3 my previously ability to download media went away. I spent the day making sure that the download toggles on each of the services that allow downloads were turned on and properly pathed to my Windows 11 hard drive. I checked the Xexon2 skin for paths into KODI and found nothing turning on download.
