Hey guys!

Thank you for supporting Seren, my favorite add-on.

I'm using Coreelec with Kodi Omega and I have Fen, Fen Light, POV, etc... working perfectly, configured with RD and Trakt.

I installed Seren Omega from the Diggz repo, and Seren returns no results after scraping!

I have configured a4kScrapers with everything enabled.

I've already made several changes to Seren's various options!

Why do I get results from other add-ons and not from Seren?

Where am I failing?

Can anyone help with any tips?

Seren for Omega works fine in my Linux desktop.
The only issue is I have to authenticate Trakt via Seren settings, not Account Manager.
Try a Revoke debrid, and re-authenticate debrid in Account Manager. Clear All Cache in Seren and try.

I had already tried all of this!

I've been using Kodi for several years and I already know all these tricks...

What I discovered has to do with the language configured on Kodi.

I verified that when it is in English, the scraping works perfectly.

When configured with another language it no longer works.

I also tested with Spanish, French and Italian and got the same result as Portuguese.

I leave an image with examples, and maybe it can help someone else.

If any guru around here can solve this, the community would be grateful!

Well, when you change the language to a different language, Seren then tries to scrape and find the Portugese title of the movie instead of the english title, thats why its not coming up with any sources..

So, are you really looking for the Portuguese version of the movie or are you looking for the English version?

A4k scrapers dont scrape foreign titles.

So, what you can do is is Seren Settings/ Metadata And Artwork section, change Metadata Location to TVDB. This will allow you to scrape the sources correctly and keep the Kodi language setting...

I'm not scraping titles in Portuguese.

I configured the Kodi interface to be in Portuguese.

When I enter the Seren Addon and select a film, it does the scraping.

I don't select anything in Portuguese, as I have no way of doing that.

So, you obviously never find any movies!

I always watch the films in English, or occasionally I put subtitles in Portuguese, but the streaming is always the original.

What I want is just the interface in Portuguese, and the streams in the original format.

I emphasize that this is the same for any language.

If an Italian or Spaniard configures the Kodi interface for their language, they won't be able to scrape!

I just told you how above, with a picture also. Just change the Seren setting to TVDB.
