Stuck on skin installation

Hi Iv just reinstalled a fresh build with 1.4 on my android TV everything was going well until I got to skin setup Iv downloaded the diggz xenon 2 skin now I'm stuck as I can't apply the skin it's just stopped after it downloaded and it won't go further with the setup
It was running 1.3 with no issues until kodi was accidentally uninstalled by a little one
