You can use TMDbH players to first watch a trailer with IMDb Trailers, then watch the movie.

You can open IMDb Trailers, then long press on a movie and play it with TMDbH.

Using the latest Youtube version, you may use the usual existing Trailer or Extras > Trailer options.
