Youll have to figure out whats wrong with your connection to Debrid. Restart router, turn off VPN, test connection with a different wifi, like phones hotspot.

Ok, well guess your using addons like The Crew or Homelander, because Fen, Seren, Umbrella, POV and other main addons dont use ResolveURL at all.

Is 1.9 a rework of 1.7? Seems as 1.9 went back to the features 1.7 had compared to 1.8. Having a few issues with TV guide causing kodi to crash but other then that everything else is working.

Diggz told me:
"Just to clear up any confusion, Xenon 2 is the same recently updated Diggz Xenon skin that was in 1.8, I just added Xenon Plus skin back to the skin options."

not sure if this will help, but my experience with kodi and real debrid have had some of the same issues you mention here. sometimes just nothing works, not just with kodi but with all my apps.... i have found it to be some sort of connection error to either kodi, the internet, or both. 99 times out of 100, unplugging my android box and replugging it (resetting) fixes the whole issue. the issue may crop up again but the same fix is used. as weird as it may sound, i have discovered a way to detect these "connection errors" before going into kodi, which is time consuming to open and load. i go into my ADGUARD, which shows a reliable tally of ads blocked as well as GB's saved. the numbers are always cumulative and therefore will constantly grow. IF these numbers are lower than they should be (the tally is not evident), that is a sign that kodi, or any other app for that matter, is not going to work. solution again is to unplug my android box and replug it. almost always fixes the issue. cheers and hope this helps :-)
