Problem with clock in upper right being off by an hour

Hi Mr. Chef,
Hope your day is going good. A month or so ago i did a fresh xenon free install, and the clock in the upper right always reads an hour ahead of the current time. I have the button turned on where it says 'use your local timezone', have tried turning that off, then back on, but clock stays one hour ahead of my local time. Any simple fix that im capable of doing ?
Also daddylive has been acting up the past week or so, like not showing the ppv in the menu, when the website does. Started listing available ppv two days ago, but everything i click, including from the non sports live tv, i get that yellow box saying failure to play, see log.
Thank you for all you do, and your patience. = ) should i just delete kodi cache, then data, and start from scratch ?
Thanks,
Mike
