Cannot install Chef wizard

I dont know why all of the sudden I cant download Chef wizard at all. I took a video of the error message

I have tried deleting Kodi multiple times now, cleared cache, fresh install over and over and still am getting this message. Is Kodi down? @The Chef

Try closing Kodi and opening again every 5 minutes.

Oh ok. I will try again as this was yesterday it was not working
