The % keeps going lower and lower... is this a countdown? Are we waiting for 0% to get it back to 100%?

No, this is the % of time these servers have been up in the past 24 hours, as you can see the %'s kept getting lower and lower until the 24 hr cycle had passed, and now they'll stay at 0% until they cycle back up and are reachable (but that doesn't mean they'll stay up), it's a waiting game. This is the kind of thing that can be expected from free software, not Diggz fault at all, this is all on KODI.

Servers are up. Updated all my devices.

Did you ever get a an answer or found the change log?

Theres just too many under the hood type changes to explain every one, just know updates are for a good reason.
