Could anyone explain how Fen sorts by Line Speed?

On this note does Fen have a manual with an explanation of this stuff anywhere?

Fen doesn't have the exact one -Line Speed- in Tips, just this which is similar.
Fen > Tools > Tips for Fen use > Filter Results by Size:

Sorting and Filtering
