Which browsers play the forum's mp4 videos

Linux & windows:
Firefox , Chromium, Chrome, and all their forks. Possibly more, but untested.
Android:
TVBro browser -from play store, Silk -sideloaded-, Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi, Nord, Lightning, Brave, for shield and android boxes.
Silk -for firesticks 4k and other Amazon devices.
iPad:
Chrome, Safari.
