My Real Debrid doesn't work

Account Manager: Resync RD. Clear addon cache.
Not working?
Account Manager: Revoke & Reauthorize RD. Clear addon cache.
Account Manager with login backups: Revoke & RD Restore Saved Data. Clear addon cache.


Sometimes you need to uninstall the addon -click Yes twice-, and reauthorize Trakt and RD on the addon using Account Manager. Clear addon cache.

Unplug device and router for 5 minutes.
Disable your VPN.
You should have checked if your VPN works with RD from the start:

Check if you have days left in your Real Debrid account on site.
Remember to check what speeds you get from RD to troubleshoot a non-cooperative VPN, or if your ISP throttles RD servers -some peeps use VPN to battle throttling.

You can see RD support for VPN issues, even contact them about it: https://real-debrid.com/support type vpn, then select "I would like to use a VPN on Real-Debrid";

Login to the Real Debrid site, go to My devices and delete all authorizations or just old ones. If deleting old ones doesn't work, delete all, and authorize RD again.

If RD servers had issues or the above doesn't quite work, clear all cache from the settings of the addons you use with RD.

Sometimes you get an error when you try to authorize an addon because there is a previous authorization, in that case open the settings of that addon on the Debrid section, click on Defaults button, then authorize again. Better yet, Revoke and reauthorize from Account Manager.

When ResolveURL is updated, sometimes addons authorized by it break and you need to do this for sources to be playable again.
