seems to be alot of TV channels not responding as of yesterday

RD has nothing to do with live tv.

Ok, so why was it important to write RD User? The channels are only as good as the website they are coming from. Nothing you or anybody else can do about it. And its not like anybody can help you or check if you dont even tell us what addon you are having an issue with. PVR Guide? Daddylive? TV_Tapp, or any one of the other 20 Live tv addons on the build?
