Just updated their elves cannot install video add-ons I get the dependency on input stream.adaptive version 20.3.1 could not be satisfied what should I do?

Click Addons/Available updates and update all

You might need to reboot Kodi every 5 minutes for Kodi repo to work.

The reason I say this is because usually it means Autoruns did not finish updating. Autoruns automatically installs Inputstream when it updates.

Using Xenon Free v. 2.2
Have tried as advised above, but still get the same message and cannot install addons.
Should I clear data and reinstall the build?

Try installing Autoruns this way, or install the inputstream dependency first:
If Autoruns is not installed, find Autoruns > Dependencies using Addons > Search > Autoruns.
