How to create new profile

In the Diggz Xenon Free 3.0 build, I did not see any way to get to the Profiles settings to setup additional profiles. Unless I missed something, I have tried all the setting menus but did not see any links to the "Profiles" section. Is there a way to create another profile will limited preferences such as access to settings?

Appreciate you taking the time to create a video to my question. I was able to create another profile using the video provided.
In the default Kodi skin, you can
switching profiles via the shutdown menu. However on the Diggz Xenon Free build, the profile options is not shown. Is there a way I can edit the Shutdown Menu to add the profile option to log out and log in to another profile?

So, same way as I showed you before, but this time make a shortcut to either Login Screen, or Logoff..
