Shield with V21 not working!

Fresh Kodi 21 installed on Nvidia Shield. Installed clean Xenon Plus v21 several times and am having issues with IPTV and weather setup. IPTV gives error message "Mad Titan v2 error. This was on the simple IPTV installed. Weather works till I change the location to my home town and then stops accessing it. No merged EPGs or anything. This was all working fine till a week ago and, something changed and it quit working. Any help would be appreciated as I am dependent on this TV source and with hurricane season coming up, I really need this to work! Thx guys!

As for the weather, Kodi has marked Multiweather as "Broken". So it is automatically disabled. Go to My addons/Weather/Multiweather and click the Enable button to fix.
As for the Mad titan error. A VPN will cause the error. Turn off the VPN, if that doesnt work then you will have to wait for the Loop to fix the channels.

Hmmm My Nord VPN was off.. ooops! But, same same either on or off. And, I don't see any fixes available under the add-ons tab for the weather. I do see the notice that it's broken but no link to a fix there. Any other ideas? Oh, the Mad Titan error comes up when IVue throws a fault code. I thought that was weird but, that's what I get ...

No luck finding that panel you display here. I saw an error panel for the weather app that did not have any buttons on it. I assume that one you show is in Chef somewhere but I'll be damn if I can find it! I did have some minor success with the IPTV stuff. By going to Mad Titan favorites, and clicking the weather channel link, it had to install "jetextractor" and that started to work. So, at least I have one path to the weather! Yay! Guess I'll have to wait for "The Loop" to fix the IVue app. Thanks for your help!

None of my live links are working. Error code say "SSL cert verification error" host name mismatch. I guess their cert expired. I don't know how to contact them to "remind" them to re-up the cert. Any of you guys able to do it? I'm missing all my races this weekend on Torgue Lite! lol Also have an error message (Pythontoccpexception) No clue what that's about.

If you use a VPN disable it, if you changed your router's DNS spoofing etc options, set to default.
Force close all and try just Kodi.
Try unplugging device & router for 5 minutes.
If nothing works, try clearing Kodi data, uninstalling Kodi, installing Kodi again, then the build.
