Gaming Controller Reconfiguration Problems

Afternoon Diggz family. So currently on Kodi Omega & Xenon 3.0. Been reading alot of others going through my same situation, but haven't found a solution. PS5 gaming controller works fine navigating through build, but when I try to reconfigure it for gaming, it just won't let me, buttons aren't accepted & it just keeps booting me out to main screen. Any ideas?

Yeah neither does it work plugged in via USB. But I tried specifically the Logitech G F310 Wired Gamepad Controller via USB & it also gave me the exact problem, navigates easily through build, but mapping it out on Arcade section is impossible, just kicks me out to main screen when trying to reconfigure the buttons. Have any other suggestions?

Have you tried to play a game without configuring the controller first? Configure controller is not necessary unless you want to change the default button layout for the emulator.

I had the same issue , seems to be an android issue. There is a Kodi v21 APK that has this fix that I downloaded to fix this issue but I am not sure of the file I downloaded. Try looking here https://github.com/garbear/xbmc/releases

Exactly what issue are you having? Works fine on my Nvidia Shield using Nvidia gaming remote, and tested with my 8bitdo NES30 controller, so its not an Android issue. So what device are you using? What remote? Whats the exact problem your having?
