Library gone after installing Xenon Build

Hello,
been using Kodi forever and a few days ago I decided to install the Xenon 2 build,
after installing everything worked fine the only thing missing was my 5000 movies and TV shows collection library.
Of course, I can manually add all the libraries which will take forever, or restore my backup in which case I'll lose the current build.
Is there a way to install the build and keep my current library?
