Adding Local Channels into PVR Guide

So I recently found some of my.local channels via the search channels widget. I am wondering if it is possible to add these into a Playlist that I create and then merge them into the guide or is there a simpler way to get these channels w/links into my guide?

I think IPTV Merge would be a better choice for adding playlists, since it supports multiple playlists. After adding/changing playlists/EPGs you should do a Run Merge, from IPTV Merge main menu.
They will appear in PVR Guide afterwards.

Last time I made a playlist -to be used by an addon- I made the playlist.m3u8 on an editor cutting from a big playlist chunks and pasting it to mine.
A chunk from an online playlist may look like this -this is 1 channel.

To use this custom list you'll need an EPG too, and most sites that can make one for you need money nowadays.
I used URL for my playlist -I uploaded it so I could change contents without forcing peeps to update the build.
You may also paste your playlist somewhere inside Kodi folder and use File.

Once you have the channels data, you can name custom groups for each as well.
