Trakt section fix for Simply Artic

A couple fixes for the Trakt issue on Simply Artic build. Trakt not opening or showing widgets through tmdbh. It is an issue with tmdbh. The Arctic Zephyr Reloaded skin uses tmdbh as a dependency so it was pulling the add-on from the Kodi Repository which is outdated. The build is also missing the 709 Repository which gives you the newest version of account manager.

Step 1.
Go to Settings/System/addons. Scroll down below unknown sources and change -update official add-ons to "any repositories"

Step 2.
Install 709 repository via file manager. Type https://zaxxon709.github.io/repo/ into file manager and name it 709repo. Click OK. Then back out of file manager and click addons/install from zip/709repo. Install the 709 zip file.

Step 3.
Back out to addons again and below my add-ons should show available updates. Click on available updates and run all of them. Once they are finished go to my add-ons/program add-ons/account manager. Assure that the version is 2.5.4. If not click versions and update from the repo with the newest version and update the add-on. Then back out to video add-ons/TheMovieDb Helper. Assure that it is on version 5.2.5. If not click versions and install from the most up to date Repository which should be jurialmunkey.

Step 4.
Back out to the main page of the build. You should get a pop-up that you have to reauthorize Trakt to use this feature. Go ahead and do so or if no pop up reauthorize Trakt and resync in account manager. This may require two restarts.

Go ahead and view your trakt authorizations in account manager to make sure they're all green and authorized. This should solve any issues with trakt working with tmdbh and widgets in the trakt section. These changes will be reflected in the next update. Thanks for playing.
